Carter Turns 8!!!

I can't believe my baby boy is 8! Wow! I feel like this is really aging me:) Letting my kids go to kindergarden wasn't a big deal for me but turning 8 really hits it to me how big my boy is getting. Sooner than I know it he will be driving and dating and then going on a mission! This age really marks some big steps in my boys life.

Carter was very excited for HIS DAY! He decided on what it entailed. Doughnuts for breakfast, the wii all morning, bowling in the afternoon with family, dinner at Chili's, presents, and cake. Don't you love my cake ;) lol!!! I am a good baker not a good decorator.

Surprise Visitor

Aunt Michelle surprised us by a last minute trip to VEGAS, to come and visit us! The kids and I had a blast hanging out, shopping, and playing wii sport (trying to figure out our age). Syndney got spoiled with all of the attention she got from her Aunt Michelle. Wish more family lived closer to us so we could spend more time together. But... I'll take what I can get.
